Lunch, then down to business! Let's celebrate all that we've accomplished together and collect contributions for our annual Yule Ball & White Hippogriff event at Universal.

About the event
We know there are many of you that want to contribute to O.W.L.S. in short bursts rather than the constant attention required of Admin—AND WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR YOU!
With this in mind, I want to try a new way of prepping for Yule Ball, which is our biggest event of the year. First, any of our volunteer crew who are interested can join us for lunch to celebrate all that we've achieved over the year. Festive (but comfy) Yule attire is encouraged, and there will probably be opportunities for some group photos, etc. :)
If you can bring a contribution for Yule Ball goodie bags or raffle prizes, we'll collect those items at the lunch. (More info on that below)
Then, a SMALL GROUP of us will move to the public library across the intersection where I have a study room (max 6 people) reserved. Here we can assemble…
